Adobe photsohop updating the core graphics functions in Photoshop. This is driven by the operating systems of Apple and Microsoft in which the old Open GL functions are being removed in the case of Apple, or deprecated in the case of Microsoft. This means that the graphics functions that have worked for years must be rewritten to use Metal and Direct X. At the same time, Wotking are sensibly updating those core functions to deliver the additional speed we require to handle the very large files of today.
Cc can be checked and Photoshop restarted to restore 3D functions to where they were in I’m not privy to any future plans, I am just a Photoshop user like you who volunteers some time on these forums. Hi Dave, I was having the same issue as above also, I tried the “Deactive Native Canvas” I go into an already created 3D file and everything flashes up like it’s going to work and then it disappears.

I would suggest restting preferences, then rechecking Phogoshop Native Canvas again and restart. If that still does not fix it then I would raise your issue at the link below where Adobe staff will see it. Use menu Edit>preferences>performance make sure Photoshop had GPU enabled. if not there will be no 3D. You system info states it is and you have 2GB of VRAM. You can open it in an earlier version of Photoshop and it will work like normal (for a time) you’re still going to have access to that 3D object. It’s still.
