I’m trying to install mastercamx4-hle-web program for a class, but it won’t install on my Windows 7 bit computer recently purchased for this class.

The program is downloaded from MasterCam University. It’s not listed under the compatibility list so unable to know if compatible.

I’ve been working with a technician at MasterCam University. NET and has tried to find alternate way to install via remote desktop, but still unable to install. This runs but never finishes.
